Introduction

This activity features case reviews and lectures that are complemented with panel discussions. The program reviews the current state of surgical AF ablation, assesses existing barriers to implementation within practice, evaluates recommended approaches to overcome associated barriers, and discusses how to establish a collaboration with Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, and Senior Partners.

The case reviews with corresponding discussions illustrate optimal procedural approaches and clinical decision-making strategies.
