tmb-invite-cardiomems-aahfn-downloadThis complimentary accredited dinner symposium at the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses Annual Conference (AAHFN 2013), will investigate advances in hemodynamic monitoring to improve clinical outcomes and the quality of care delivered to heart failure patients. The leading faculty experts will assess the safety and efficacy of heart failure pressure management; including the analysis of key clinical and economic outcomes from the latest clinical research.

The assembled faculty will impart their knowledge and collective experiences relating to optimal strategies for hemodynamic guided medical management and patient engagement; through illustrative case studies and interactive discussions, as they relate to the care of patients with heart failure.
