Activity Description
This accredited on-demand webcast features the proceedings of a lunch symposium held at the APACVS 42nd Annual Meeting, which is comprised of lectures and panel discussions. The activity explores optimal strategies to improve the quality of care in patients with Atrial Fibrillation, and examines the role of Cryo Nerve Block as an alternative opioid-sparing pain management therapy in sternotomy procedures.

  • Discuss predictors of Atrial Fibrillation and Stroke, and assess the safety and efficacy of prophylactic AF ablation.
  • Assess the role of Cryo Nerve Block as a potential opioid-sparing pain management therapy in sternotomy procedures.
  • Evaluate the role of Hybrid Ablation for treating non-responders and long-standing persistent AF patients.
