Target Audience
This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of Device Clinic Managers, Cardiovascular Service Line Administrators, Device Technicians and Nurses, Administrative Staff, and Electrophysiologists.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants will be able to:
- Analyze essential factors and strategies to maximize patient care in the modern cardiac device clinic.
- Assess the factors contributing to staff burnout throughout the device clinic lifecycle, and evaluate processes and strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Discuss strategies and processes for selecting device clinical strategic partnerships, including factors to consider when choosing an outsourcing company.
- Evaluate, from a physician champion's perspective, the human experience and its impact on patient care through remote monitoring.
