Introduction
We extend a warm invitation to all Device Clinic Managers, Device Techs and Nurses, Administrative Staff, and Electrophysiologists, whose roles are integral to the success of Device Clinics, to access the on-demand archive of the Virtual Summit, which occurred as a real-time live stream on September 27, 2024.

Building upon the success of the Inaugural Device Clinic Leadership Summit, Part II addresses essential topics that are crucial to success through interactive Sessions led by experts in the field.   • Examine strategies for enhancing patient compliance and connectivity, starting with staff education and remote monitoring of patient agreements.
  • Assess patient follow-up policies, consistent messaging, and managing non-compliant patients.
  • Examine the critical role of a physician champion for the cardiac device clinic and assess how to collaborate effectively to advocate for resources, streamline workflows, and improve patient safety.
