Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants will be able to:

  • Analyze essential factors and strategies to maximize patient care in the modern cardiac device clinic.
  • Assess the factors contributing to staff burnout throughout the device clinic lifecycle, and evaluate processes and strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Discuss strategies and processes for selecting device clinical strategic partnerships, including factors to consider when choosing an outsourcing company.
  • Evaluate, from a physician champion's perspective, the human experience and its impact on patient care through remote monitoring.
