Activity Description
This CME-accredited webinar features a multidisciplinary panel of experts who will thoroughly review an updated meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials comparing Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC) with oral anticoagulation in patients with atrial fibrillation. The discussion will focus on efficacy and safety, including bleeding risks such as clinically relevant non-major bleeding, and on stroke characterization data. The faculty will evaluate how these results can inform personalized, patient-centered decisions by weighing the risks of stroke and bleeding. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly by submitting questions to the faculty during the live session.
