Target Audience
This activity has been designed to fulfil the educational needs of referring physicians, including cardiologists and internal medicine physicians about newer aspects of electrophysiology.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants will be able to:
- Observe fundamental strategies, as well as emerging techniques and technologies for catheter ablation of Atrial Fibrillation.
- Examine LAA occlusion techniques and clinical data for stroke prophylaxis in AF patients.
- Discuss fundamental patient selection and identification criteria when determining candidates for CRT.
- Review the limitations of traditional anticoagulation therapy and assess emerging novel alternatives for peri-procedural anticoagulation.
- Evaluate key applications of novel device-based therapies for heart failure management.
