- Evaluate novel oral anticoagulation and advancements in Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC) for stroke prophylaxis in AF.
- Review strategies for balancing stroke vs bleeding in clinical practice.
- Examine randomized clinical trial and registry data.
- Review appropriate NOACC and LAAC patient selection criteria.
- Assess the cost-effectiveness, efficacy and safety of LAAC therapy.
- Evaluate optimal LAAC clinical decision making strategies and procedural approaches.
- Examine catheter ablation with LAAC, including patient selection, clinical workflow and outcomes.
- Assess clinical outcomes and practical aspects of LACC.
