Left Atrial Appendage Closure

Activity Overview

This on-demand webcast is comprised of a pre-recorded Left Atrial Appendage Closure procedure, performed in real-time, on an Asymptomatic Paroxysmal AF patient. The case is complemented with operator narration and interactive discussions amongst the expert panelists.

The live LAA case was originally performed at the Mount Sinai Electrophysiology lab by Dr. Vivek Reddy on December 1, 2011 and transmitted into the general session of AF Ablation Innovations: Insights from the Experts. This case presentation will illustrate and review optimal clinical decision making and procedural approaches for excluding the left atrial appendage.
